This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, with your agreement, to create a repair ticket in our point-of-sale system (RepairDesk).
In-store information
When you visit one of our locations, we may collect your name, phone number, and email address to create a repair ticket, process a device purchase or trade-in, or issue a warranty claim. This data is stored in our point-of-sale system (RepairDesk) and accounting system (QuickBooks).
Automatically collected information
When you browse our website, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the pages you visit. If we enable analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics), those tools may collect aggregated, anonymized usage data. We do not sell or share this data.
