These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Phone Pharaoh website at phonepharaoh.com and your use of the services offered at our retail locations. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
01 — Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site to transmit any harmful, unlawful, or offensive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site's operation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Pricing, availability, and service information displayed on the website is provided for informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of service.
02 — Repair Services
Estimates and authorization
Before any repair work begins, we will provide an estimate and obtain your authorization. Work will not proceed without your explicit approval of the quoted price. Final charges may vary if additional damage or components are discovered during the repair process, in which case we will contact you before proceeding.
Device drop-off
When you leave a device with us for repair, you represent that you are the lawful owner of the device or are authorized by the owner to authorize the repair. You are responsible for backing up all data before leaving your device. Phone Pharaoh is not responsible for any data loss that occurs during the repair process.
Device abandonment
Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned. Phone Pharaoh reserves the right to recoup storage and repair costs from the value of an unclaimed device. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any action.
Repaired devices with prior damage
If your device has existing physical damage, water damage, or software issues unrelated to the requested repair, we will note this at check-in. Phone Pharaoh is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that may affect the repair outcome or device functionality.
03 — Warranty
All repair services performed by Phone Pharaoh are covered by a 90-day limited warranty on parts and labor from the date of repair completion. If a covered issue recurs within the warranty period, we will re-perform the repair at no additional charge.
The 90-day warranty does not cover:
- —Physical damage, drops, or liquid damage occurring after repair
- —Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications after our service
- —Software issues, viruses, or operating system failures
- —Normal wear and tear
- —Parts supplied by the customer or repairs performed at the customer's request using non-standard components
Warranty service requires proof of original repair (receipt or repair ticket number). The warranty applies to the specific repair performed and does not extend to other parts of the device.
04 — Buy / Sell / Trade
Buying a device from us
Pre-owned devices sold by Phone Pharaoh have been inspected and tested. Condition grades and known defects are disclosed at the time of sale. All pre-owned device sales include a 30-day return window for devices that fail to perform as described. Physical damage caused after purchase is not covered.
Selling a device to us
When you sell a device to Phone Pharaoh, you represent that you are the lawful owner of the device and that it is not lost, stolen, or encumbered by any financial obligation. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification as required by applicable law. Phone Pharaoh reserves the right to decline any purchase. Prices offered are based on device condition at the time of evaluation and are not guaranteed until the device is inspected in person.
Trade-in
Trade-in value is applied as credit toward a device purchase and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise agreed in writing. Trade-in values are subject to device inspection and may be adjusted if the device condition differs from the initial assessment.
05 — Custom Cases
Custom printed phone cases are made-to-order based on designs and images you provide or approve. By submitting a design for printing, you represent that you own or have the right to use all images, artwork, and text in the design, and that the design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Phone Pharaoh reserves the right to decline any custom design order that contains offensive, illegal, or infringing content. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final once production begins, unless the product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
06 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Phone Pharaoh's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Phone Pharaoh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The information on this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
07 — Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Phone Pharaoh name, logo, graphics, text, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to Phone Pharaoh and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our express written permission.
08 — Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Maps, social media platforms, or manufacturer sites). These links are provided for convenience only. Phone Pharaoh does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Phone Pharaoh's principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
